How might we improve the standard currency exchange app to better serve modern travelers? Xchange is a mobile app concept designed to take the guesswork out of exchanging currency abroad. Created for both frequent flyers and first-time travelers, Xchange combines real-time rates, location-based services, and step-by-step guidance to help users find, calculate, and compare currency exchanges with confidence. This case study walks through the full UX design process, from preliminary research to high-fidelity prototyping.
